About
Prana House is a wellness center co-founded by two friends that crossed paths through their own personal journeys in holistic healing and wellness. Both partners are qualified Reiki Masters and are also individually qualified in different therapeutic modalities. Their passion for wellness gave birth to Prana House; a wellness centre that believes in community and connection and aims to support and encourage experts, practitioners and instructors.

For the new moon circles… Every month on the new moon join at Joanne at PH for our New Moon Circle
The New Moon Circle is for spiritually curious women. It's a safe space where you will learn about personal growth and empowerment, before a Yin Yoga session and New Moon Meditation.
It's a beautiful space to tune in and set intentions, wishes and manifestations for the month ahead.
Women have met in circle for centuries. Moon circles are gatherings where women meet together to meditate, share and make magic together. They are safe spaces where we can tap in to our feminine powers.
Every month we will have a different focus to help us to really connect with our highest selves and harness the power of the New Moon 🌙
