After two decades of experiences, trauma, mistakes, lessons learned, and dysfunctional but also successful relationships, my mission is to spread positivity, give hope, support, help, and empower men and women on their life journey.
With my knowledge, experience, commitment and guidance, we will team up and find answers to your questions. We will find clarity and get to the end of that tunnel where there is always light. I am a Romanian girl living in beautiful and sunny Dubai and am the proud owner of two one-way tickets. I believe we are the creators and designers of our own lives, but to achieve great things and create the life we dream of, we must break those walls and get out of our comfort zone. And magic will happen. I have danced salsa for 14 years; I’m a coffee and wine aficionado. I write, podcast, cook, love traveling, and go out with my friends in my free time. The term “Urban” suggests an urban environment or cityscape. This name indicates that the event caters to individuals living in urban areas who seek release and respite from the stresses of city life. It resonates with those who desire a wellness experience to recharge their batteries, escape or take a break from their daily routines.
And we know very well how overwhelming and draining it is to be stuck most of the time in the urban area, having the same schedules every day.
Why Release
The word “Release” conveys a sense of letting go, unwinding, and freeing oneself from physical, mental, and emotional burdens. It aligns with our goals to provide a space for participants to release tension, stress, and negative energy, ultimately promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.
Release also evokes a sense of freedom and liberation, encouraging participants to break free from limitations, old patterns, and constraints. It suggests attendees can find personal growth, self-expression, and renewed vitality through the event’s offerings.
