About
Keyani is a holistic wellness centre in the heart of Al Manara that provides a variety of healing services to better care for your physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. We have a beautiful centre that has a pet-friendly cafe with a range of delicious vegan and gluten-free options. We also have a shop where you can purchase handmade and hand crafted items.
Description
The road to confidence is paved by providing a safe space, acceptance and the right tools for children to believe in themselves. This workshop at Keyani with Yasmine for kids (ages 8 - 12) will highlight through an inclusive activity how each child is unique and talented in her/his own way. It will also coach the child to use the “I” messages and be assertive in communicating their needs.

Yasmine Hammad is a Certified Children’s Life Coach, Author & Founder of Blossoming Kindness Initiative. Mom of two girls, Yasmine was inspired to start Blossoming kindness as a mindful initiative aiming at cultivating kindness in children. The BK initiative uses different educational content, children coaching, interactive workshops and social emotional tools to engage and educate.
