Free Breakup and Support Group for Women-Every Thursday at 8 pm
Welcome to ‘The Liberated Woman’ support group. Founded in 2021 The Liberated Woman is a coaching and training provider that helps women to navigate divorce, ditch toxic men and reignite their power following separation or abuse.
Wherever you are on your separation journey, if you’re considering leaving, or you have already left, know that by joining us you are taking a positive step towards healing and recovery.
I am a Divorce and Domestic Abuse Recovery Coach, having left a violent relationship and playing mediator throughout my own parent’s divorce I understand how incredibly challenging and draining this process can feel.
The purpose of this group is to provide women with a safe, non-judgmental space where they can process their separation and receive resources and guidance from professionals.
Please join me on Thursdays at 20.00 GST in this group where we will discuss how to keep on top of your health and emotional well-being and discuss/answer any questions on how to navigate this process without it feeling out of control.
This is a private and positive group, and I want to keep the focus on moving forwards with others who are in similar circumstances. It can be a challenge to guarantee confidentiality, but I ask all members not to share anything outside of the group.
