Wellness We Need (based in Dubai) is owned and managed by Beverley, who offers a range of services for individuals and groups, including Reiki, Sound Healing (using singing bowls and gong from Nepal), Meditation, Breathwork, Yoga, and Laughter Yoga! Beverley has lived in Dubai since 2008, previously working in Hospitality as Director of Operations. Through stressful times, Beverley used yoga, sound healing, reiki, and other modalities to help her, and also chose to study many of them in her spare time to receive certifications, before leaving her job and then travelled to Thailand for her YTT200 Hrs certification. The goal of Wellness We Need is to create healthier work environments by helping people manage their stress and improve their overall wellbeing. Corporate Wellness packages customised to your needs.
