Higher Self, Lower Self, and The Mask Workshop

Nathalie Khalaf is a holistic wellness counsellor and the founder of Taabeer Personal Coaching Services L.L.C. During the last twelve years Nathalie has helped adults, as well as teenagers, overcome challenging issues which range from low self-esteem and anxiety in adolescents, to depression stress and relationship issues in adults.With a background in design and 27 years of experience in the corporate world, Nathalie comes with her own success story having struggled with anxiety and depression herself three times in her life as a young adolescent and into her early thirties. At the age of 36 Nathalie realised that the conventional medical world was not helping her resolve any issues, neither was it helping her understand what was going on inside her mind or body. She came across a 4 year diploma course which looked at a person’s overall holistic wellness. By delving into the psyche, energy field, belief system and physical body, this science helped her uncover layers and years of suppressed emotions and trauma, and gave her the tools to release her old self and create a life of wellness and happiness. Her personal journey led her across many years of digging into her psyche and understanding the whole, very sensitive, relationship the mind has with the emotions and the physical body.She continued with studies in anatomy pathology and physiology, and became a master and coach in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). She continues building her knowledge and has recently earned a diploma in chakra and aura healing and is an accredited member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). Nathalie offers one on one sessions to help anyone better understand their issues and struggles and reach wellness and happiness in a holistic way. Her method revolves around talking or cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and reaching memories long buried in our subconscious mind and tap into our energy field. This helps her clients build no dependency on any external factors, but learn to trust their own minds, emotions and bodies instead, in order to self heal.In 2019 Nathalie put a workshop together and called it ‘An Introduction to Our Chakra System’. Her workshop runs every two months and is targeted at helping people better understand the way the mind - emotion - body relationship works. She also offers various other workshops including the creative and fun vision board workshops which help attendees visualise what they want to attract into their lives. Nathalie also offers a series of Signature Wellness Workshops which cover a variety of wellness topics such as how to deal with our shadow, how to overcome shame, working on allowing ourselves pleasure vs all our feelings of  guilt. How to keep a balance between our higher and lower self aspects and releasing the mask, how to embrace our anger and work with it, as well as many other topics.
