Our Founder & CEO
Holistified was founded by Nassima Menari, a business strategist and people consultant with a deep passion for bridging business with psychology.
With a Master’s in International Business and a Master’s in Psychology, Nassima brings a unique dual perspective: combining the commercial, strategic lens of global business with a deep understanding of human behaviour and organisational dynamics.
Before founding Holistified, Nassima spent more than 15 years leading and negotiating in Dubai’s corporate sectors, where she honed her expertise in client strategy, leadership, and performance management. Today, she channels this experience into helping organisations build thriving workplace cultures that are both human-centred and results-driven.
Under her leadership, Holistified has grown into a trusted People & Culture Advisory, supported by an empowered team of experts in leadership, psychology, and organisational development. Holistified’s clients include global brands such as Forbes, VISA, and Al-Futtaim and Government entities , implementing strategies that improve culture, strengthen leadership capability, and elevate organisational performance.
