This Mantra meditation introduces you to some beautiful Sanskrit Mantra chants with their authentic pronunciation, intonation and interpretation, within a meditative setting. It provides an understanding of the meaning and importance of Mantra and sacred sound from a Yogic perspective, while offering you a profound and serene opportunity for inner alignment through sacred sound and Yogic breathing practices.
You will also have the chance to listen to Sai perform sacred music as a meditative practice. He has been a student of this Sacred Art form since the age of five.
