I’ve recently attended Mindful Eating workshop with Pomodoro Nutrition. It was a very beneficial workshop in which it will help you learn how to engage all your senses to enjoy your food, eat less, and eventually lose weight. There were around 4 different exercises which made it very engaging, and I walked out of the workshop learning new ways of changing my eating habits, and learned how to challenge myself, being an emotional eater 😁. Thanks to Marwa who conducted the workshop, she made it fun and she was very approachable. The venue chosen had a very good atmosphere; the tables were cutely arranged and well organized. The food was also yummyy. Definitely going to attend more workshops
