Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your scheduled booking, we offer a refund for the full amount paid, provided that the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking.

If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. However, we may be able to reschedule the booking for a later date or provide credit for a future booking, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking for reasons beyond our control, such as unforeseen circumstances or events that may affect the safety of our customers or staff. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer to reschedule the booking for a later date.
