The workshop will begin with a guided meditation powered by gentle breathwork led by Dana to help you find inner balance followed by a transformational Sound Healing Journey by Nada.

About the facilitators:

Nada Mogharbel ⠀ ⠀

Nada Mogharbel is a DED licensed Wellness artist & a multi-instrumental sound healing facilitator.

She has been practising yoga and Meditation for 22 years.

She completed Sound Healing immersion & facilitation teacher training courses in Bali with an award-winning Master of Sound.

After that, she deepened her knowledge by studying ‘Music for Wellness’ at the Berkley College of Music, ‘Healing through the arts’ at the University of Florida & ‘Traditional healing of the Mind, Energy & Spirit’ at the University of New Mexico.

She is now devoting her time to offering Sound Relaxation therapy, to support others in their emotional, physical & mental healing journey.

Dana Abou Zeki

Dana Abou Zeki is a certified mindfulness coach specialized in stress and anxiety and a Yoga Alliance meditation and yoga teacher focusing on helping others connect with themselves and find inner balance.

Dana works with individuals and groups helping them to raise their level of self-awareness through mindfulness techniques and practices, breath work and movement, to bring about a deep level of inner change and healing.

Dana believes that true change comes from a deep level of awareness founded on self-compassion and self-love.
