Spirited Fridays

Join us at Keyani for Spirited Fridays, held on the first Friday of every month. This experience is a beautiful fusion of Shamanic Breath Work Journey, Tantric Flow, Ecstatic Dance and Sound Healing Immersion. It is also a tribe of likeminded souls coming together once a month to pray, to connect, and to remember.

This experience is held by The Ecstatic Collective, a movement initiated by Silfath Pinto. The Ecstatic Collective creates a transformational experience once a month for you to drop in your body temple, meet your soul, dance between shadows and light, move your emotions and ultimately connect with your true essence. Silfath Pinto and Rita Baki will facilitate this 1st session, everybody is welcome to join.

SACRED INTENTION
The Experience starts with a wisdom transmission which will be the activation of the month. This will be your invitation for awareness, reflection and intention setting.

ECSTATIC REMEMBRANCE
Then we will dive into a moving meditation and shamanic breathwork for your Spirit to land in your body temple and your inner journey to be ignited.

SACRED EXPRESSION
This is your time to flow, explore, process, release and activate, play, feel, expand… through movement… guided by your wisdom, inspired by the music and held by the tribe.

You will integrate all that has been moved through journaling, sharing and a magical sound healing.
