We are born with Higher Self qualities connecting us to the Divine, as well as qualities attributed to our dualistic human experience and life on earth, our Lower Self. All traits exist within us for us to experience and help us grow. If the Lower Self traits are not accepted and loved, we unconsciously create a Mask we hide behind. With this Mask we show others what they want to see and what we feel is needed in order for us to be accepted and loved. The Mask is our false self and gradually become too heavy to carry forward. By accepting our lower self traits, & releasing the mask & false self, we set our selves free & create wellness & happiness in our lives.

Nathalie Khalaf is an accredited member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). She offers one on one sessions to help anyone better understand their issues and struggles and reach wellness & happiness in a holistic way. Her method revolves around talking or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and reaching memories long buried in our subconscious mind and taps into our energy field. This helps her clients build no dependency on any external factors, but learn to trust their own minds, emotions and bodies instead, in order to self heal.
