We all have habit patterns – we could not function without them. But sometimes the habits we have created are unwanted; whether you overuse social media, drink too much coffee, struggle with excessive food and drink consumption or feel challenged by repetitive thought patterns.

In this session with Nancy you will become more aware of your unconscious habit patterns, develop a greater understanding of what happens inside us when we operate on autopilot and learn why mindfulness tools are so potent in breaking the habits that no longer serve us.

A Kundalini yoga teacher and trainer with the US-based Aquarian Teacher Academy (KRI), Nancy is a crucial element in founding yoga in the MENA region. Based in Dubai for 23 years, she has helped train over 100 yoga instructors in the Arab world through darshan, an inclusive platform for the practice of Kundalini yoga as well as the organization of retreats, events, trainings and seminars.

Drawing on her own experience of healing and awakening as well as years of integrative study and teaching to support others in achieving their fullest potential, Nancy is a coach and counsellor who works with Compassionate Inquiry, the psychotherapeutic approach founded by internationally renowned physician Dr. Gabor Mate as part of the program’s primary cohorts.
