Keyani is a holistic wellness centre in the heart of Al Manara that provides a variety of healing services to better care for your physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. We have a beautiful centre that has a pet-friendly cafe with a range of delicious vegan and gluten-free options. We also have a shop where you can purchase handmade and hand crafted items.

Join us at Keyani with Inass as she guides you on a self-discovery journey that allows you to explore the power of your voice. Voice Activation is a safe space for listening and exploration. Together, you will play with your voices, experimenting with different sounds to express. You'll also learn to connect with your bodies, relax, and listen more deeply while developing your vocal skills.
