Mother Circles

I’m a woman. A human being. And I happen to also be a Mother to two wild, strong-willed, beautiful children. The moment I chose not to let Motherhood define me, is the moment I let freedom back into my life. I let go of what I thought I ‘should’ be doing as a Mother, and began to follow what I wanted and what was right for me. The result? I found my purpose, I live a life of balance and joy, and I am the Mother that I want to be to my children. A Life Beyond Motherhood was born out of my desire to rebel against society’s messaging about Mothers. Through my coaching, programmes, and Mother communities, I challenge the unrealistic expectations that are put upon Mothers and re-awaken the joy and drive for life that is inherent in all of us.
