In this class Katrina will be doing a short talk on the energies at the present time, a colour test to see how you are feeling, then you will inhale organic perfumes related to the colours you chose; related to the chakras, tarot cards and a meditation to get you in alignment with what you desire, then we go ahead and create the boards.

A vision board consists of a life you want to create by pasting pictures, captions and words that conjure up positive thoughts for you. The subconscious mind is what powers us forward and when we have pictures on our walls at home we see them subconsciously everyday, and from there we can manifest much faster.
