They will guide you to go beyond the thinking mind, to release all worries, fears, stress and anxieties, giving space for you to tap into your core, your divine essence. A Journey beyond limitations creating a space that you can trust and surrender to expand, transform and transcend beyond any physical, mental and emotional limitation.

It will be a special blend of several therapeutic instruments and higher vibrations from the Himalayan Singing to crystal bowls, Gong, flute, ocean drum, chimes, tongue drum, rattles, rain stick, monochord and a mix of chanting sounds with overtones and intoning to bring you in a harmonic and blissful state.

Renato Koch and Ana Palma (Awakening Prema) have more than 15 years of experience in their self exploration and inner work while studying and practicing in several countries worlwide and over the last 6 years teaching sound healing, reiki, yoga, breathwork and meditation from private therapies, group sessions, to corporate workshops in Dubai, Portugal, Spain and Brazil.
