About
Keyani is a holistic wellness centre in the heart of Al Manara that provides a variety of healing services to better care for your physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. We have a beautiful centre that has a pet-friendly cafe with a range of delicious vegan and gluten-free options. We also have a shop where you can purchase handmade and hand crafted items.
Description
Plants grow in the direction of light, this is known as the Heliotropic effect. The journey of being human is not so different from a sunflower. The journey of a human being is about growing, growing into ourselves, into the human we truly are. It’s about embodying and then emanating our human values and shining that unto the World around us.

Helios Alignments Group Sessions combine somatic movement, neurogenic tremors & breathwork, allowing us to penetrate deeply into our bodies, to reset our limbic system, and release stress, tension, & emotions whilst bringing alignment and connection within ourselves which can be profoundly transformational.
