Saturday, 11 March
7 - 8:30 pm
Your breath is the doorway to the subconscious, the remote control to your nervous system and the key to expressing all the trapped energies and emotions that has been suppressed and stored in the body as pain, stress, anxiety and manifests as negativity and cycles of self-sabotage.
What if we could breathe together and call to the surface all that lurks in the shadows of our past and let it all go in just few hours… without having to say a single word?
This will be a proper deep dive journey. So if you have never done Transformational Breathwork before then let us break down a few things:
- This is NOT a slow breathing meditation experience
- It is NOT pranayama and it is NOT “Wim Hof method”
- It’s hard work and be ready to lean into the discomfort and go all in, BUT we promise you it’s going to be worth it
