Shamanic Breathwork

Renato & Ana (Awakening Prema) are bringing a special breathing experience. A journey of self-healing, to unlock our inner potential one breath at a time. Shamanic breathwork combines intense breathing with a special guidance to get you to transcend your mind and tap into your consciousness as a way to heal.

The process itself uses very simple means: it combines accelerated breathing with evocative music in a special set and setting to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. This state activates the natural inner healing process of the individual’s psyche, bringing the seeker a particular set of internal experiences.

It is a powerful approach to self-exploration and personal empowerment that relies on our innate inner wisdom and its capacity to move us toward positive transformation and wholeness.

Once the participants surrender into this state of consciousness, it expands to a higher perception of life beyond the rational thinking mind and 5 senses in order to allow a deeper energy release in your mental, emotional and physical level.

Renato Koch and Ana Palma (Awakening Prema) have more than 15 years of experience in their self exploration and inner work while studying and practicing in several countries worlwide and over the last 6 years teaching sound healing, reiki, yoga, breathwork and meditation from private therapies, group sessions, to corporate workshops in Dubai, Portugal, Spain and Brazil.
