Join us at Keyani for an Inner Dance journey with Rita Baki where we allow the body to move to the rhythm of music curated to access the different brain waves & flow to the deeper layers of your soul.

Inner Dance allows us to face our true selves, have that honest conversation to allow certain parts of us to die for other parts to emerge. It requires courage and trust for us to believe that we have all the answers within. We just need to know how to access them.

What to expect?

We will begin by lying down on the mat in Savasana and surrender to the playlist, guidance and what your senses experience. The body might remain still during the entire process or move with the energy to allow the inner forces to move outward.
