About
YOFIT Hot Studios is a brand new heated yoga fitness fusion studio located in Onyx Tower 2 (connected to Zabeel House) in The Greens. We offer 5 different kinds of hot classes designed to challenge you physically and mentally! All classes are heated to a minimum of 36 degrees and a maximum of 40 degrees.
Why the heat?
There are so many benefits to stretching and working out in a heated environment.
Firstly, it is much easier to stretch the body more safely and more effectively due to the heat.
Secondly, the heat enhances the intensity of the classes both for the body and the mind. This encourages
a release of positive almost ‘feel good’ endorphins after class – which we at YOFIT believe is the most important reason to attend our classes regularly!
Other benefits, of course include strengthening and toning muscles, building focus, endurance and mental discipline, detox and metabolic boosts, – the list is endless!
A Bespoke YOFIT Heating System
Our YOFIT Hot Studio itself incorporates a unique state of the art 3 part system:
* A High End Infrared Heating System
* A superior Ventilation System
* A specialized built in humid system
This specialized 3 part system ensures YOFIT Hot Studios is known as the safest heated studio in Dubai as humidity, temperature and air quality are controlled on a constant basis
Description
FIRE AND ICE
Fun-filled Hot Yoga session here at YOFIT Hot Studios then a great way to cool down with Recoveroo's Ice Bath and Brunch provided by LAH LAH!
The event consists of the following 3 parts:
* The day begins with a signature Hot Yoga Session at YOFIT Hot Studios! The studio is heated to 36-40 degrees - attendees should expect a physically and mentally challenging sweat session with an emphasis on breath control.
* Post hot yoga class guests will be directed upstairs to the award winning pan Asian restaurant LAH LAH where the bespoke Recoveroo Ice Baths will be positioned pool side. Guests will complete 2x5min sessions in the ice bath at 3-5°C mentally challenging themselves to withstand the icy water!
* Post FIRE (hot yoga) and ICE (ice bath) guests can make their way to the shower and changing facilities!
Freshen up and it’s finally time to refuel and rehydrate with a stunning brunching menu provided by LAH LAH pan Asian restaurant!
