In a special collaboration with Wunder Workshop, deep-dive into the local land’s herbs and plants in a Herbal Tincture workshop. Led by the founders of Wunder Workshop, discover how tinctures can be integrated into food and teas to sustain the intake of vital nutrition to supplement those missing as a result of contemporary farming techniques. Exploring different mixes of herbal tinctures, its nutritional profile and how it can proactively support everyday wellbeing. To follow, Valerie will introduce alternative energetic methods and applications of herbs by working with a specific flower essence and tapping to resource yourself in a different way and bring balance to body and mind. All essential know-how and specific advice ready to be applied into life at home.

Set amongst a traditional Menorcan farm with 77 hectares of land, that is embedded by neat rows of vineyards, olive trees, flowering shrubs and archaeological remains from the Talayotic period. Torralbenc is a meticulously refurbished 17th century Menorcan country house breathing easygoing bucolic bliss. Its dry and white-washed stone buildings, coloured with soft, honey-hued stone floors are a loyal display of its heritage and an architectural style carefully designed to blend as one and in respect for its natural surroundings. The coast and immaculate beaches are a comfortable distance away, affording commanding views of the Mediterranean sea from the comfort of the hotel. Complete with a restaurant advised by Michelin star chef, Gorka Txapartegi, a devoted wellness area and an outdoor swimming pool.

Valerie Oula - Originating from a lineage of healing and having earned international recognition such as being named Town and Country Magazine’s energy resetter. Valerie is an energy healing expert, the director of vibrational healing at THE WELL, and the founder of Modern Ritual NYC. A sanctuary designed for personal transformation and energy healing. She is a certified Reiki Master, Hypnosis, Yoga & Meditation teacher and Energy Medicine practitioner. With two published books under her name and over a decade of teaching and clinical experience offering Somatic healing sessions. She has developed her own Integrative Energy Healing modality, which is based on the principle of deep listening, getting to the source of imbalances, unwinding old patterns and shifting them at the root to create new possibilities. Her collaborations include Lululemon, The Mandarin Oriental and she has worked with numerous celebrity clients and corporations such as McKinsey, Google, Spotify and Calvin Klein.
