Looking at our world, it’s pretty easy to see that things could change for the better. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have better schools? Better neighborhoods? More positive workplaces? Would you like to have a more connected family? Communities where people get along and work together for everyone’s good? Wouldn’t the world be better if people were more respectful, unified, and positive?

If we want the world to be a better place and we hope for conditions of need in the world to improve, then we need to change. We need to take action.

Transformation begins with me. Transformation is possible for anyone willing to learn and live good values, value people, and collaborate with others to create a positive-values culture. That means you can change your world. You don’t have to be rich. You don’t have to be famous. You don’t have to move to another country. You don’t need an education. You don’t need an organization. And you certainly don’t need someone else’s permission. You need to give yourself permission. You can transform yourself and the world around you by joining our inaugural Value-Based-Leadership Roundtable on the 22nd of May at Keyani Wellness Centre.

Sadika is the founder and CEO of “Kun Consultancy”. She helps people embrace their full potential, possess their HAVEs, and achieve their DOs to BE: KUN. She equips Leaders with requisite L.E.A.D. tools to deliver results with excellence L.E.A.D. is acronym for Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Awareness, and Development (Personal & Professional)— the skills required for a Life of Transformation.

She is an Executive Director, a certified trainer, speaker, coach, DISC Behavioural Consultant, parenting consultant, and youth leadership trainer, on the John C. Maxwell Leadership Team. She is a Global Priority Specialist and a value based leadership expert. Sadika is also a Meta coach, an NLP practitioner, a Design Thinking trainer, a TEDx speaker, a published author, a member of the National Storytelling Network in the United States, and most importantly a human in the making. In 2016, Sadika founded her NGO in Lebanon under the name of “Kun Ensan” or “Be Human”. The main objectives of her organization are social cohesion, peace building, and equipping women and youth with tools that help them grow into their full potential. Why equip and not empower? Sadika believes that no human can empower another for empowerment comes from within— a person can only equip another for them to empower themselves.
