The Purpose of an Academy for Mothers • Because when a mother doesn’t know what she doesn’t know, she will not use her capability efficiently during her motherhood journey. The purpose of the academy is to bring all the knowledge a mother needs to become the best version of herself in one place. She might be looking for information about healthy eating, but she also gets to learn about the power of the subconscious mind or mindful parenting • It is proven that once a woman becomes a mother, her brain permanently changes physically. Mothers think differently from anyone else, at work and at home. That is why mothers need an education that is curated and designed to speak to them and how they think about everything in life. • Post-natal mental and emotional health for mothers is not yet spoken about as it should be. • Researching and finding a reliable source of information is stressful for mothers.
