Most women don’t know what it feels like to live healthy, energised lives and when you throw in the crazy symptoms of perimenopause...they literally feel like zombies walking around. A good number function on autopilot, going about their days on high amounts of caffeine or pharmaceuticals just to get them through to each day.
Perhaps this is you; you totally don’t feel like or recognise yourself half the time. You’ve been experiencing symptoms like stress, low energy / fatigue, brain fog, low metabolism, have gained a significant amount of weight and nothing in your wardrobe fits at all; or perhaps you’ve been to the doctor who has run some basic tests and tells you there’s nothing wrong. I know how you feel. I went through that same confusion a few years ago though I knew it was a result of going through cancer treatment, the not knowing how to make things better and get off that roller coaster of mood swings, brain fog and menopausal symptoms, was stressing me way out. Now I'm in my 40s, here we go again with the symptoms and I wasn't having it, no, not again!
I needed to find a way out. A way to reset my hormones, heal and start feeling like myself again. I needed to take back control of my health
Thing is, you see, the doctors were not very helpful at this point. The advice I got from them was to ride the waves out and it would all calm down at some point, but they couldn’t tell me when because everyone is different. I agree we’re all different but that was not an answer. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands.
It was time to take back my body and health!
I created the Blissfully Balanced Program just for that. It’s a 12-week program to support women who want to get back control of their health, body and lives and not leave it to chance. Women between the ages of 35 - 50 going through the perimenopausal transition or experiencing hormonal imbalance and are looking for more holistic protocols to heal themselves.
