Hello, I’m Gloria Halim, founder of Gloria Halim Wellness and Rock on Divas. I am an Award-Winning, Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, the author of Healing Foods Healthy Foods, International and TEDx Speaker. I trained at Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York, and certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).
After going through breast cancer treatment, I decided I wanted to find ways to heal from the treatment with more natural, holistic methods, my journey into this wellness world began 15 years ago. I embarked on a journey of self discovery and healing, understanding how the female body works specially where hormones are concerned, how they impact and influence our moods, physical, emotional and mental health. At the beginning, the hormone research was in relation to ER+ breast cancer. Roll on more than a decade after, I went into research again looking into perimenopause signs, symptoms and solutions.
I’m a women’s health advocate and work with clients on a 1-2-1 basis, taking women from the crazy chaos of hormonal imbalance and perimenopause, returning them back home to themselves, living life as they should in utter, complete balance, ease and joy.
I share information that empowers women to make the best health and lifestyle choices, to enable them take control of their body and health helping them feel more relaxed, balanced, and able to face each day more energized and live vibrant lives.

I also deliver corporate well-being strategies and works closely and collaboratively with the Human Resource leaders in supporting employees and the organisation in realising their full potential and wellness to a higher level where people matter. I develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost wellness, engagement and get teams connected to work more effectively with each other which improves productivity within companies. I also provide personal executive health coaching sessions and team building exercises.
Prior to moving into the health and wellness industry, I was an IT consultant within the finance sector in London, UK. I hold a BSc. Honours degree in Information Technology and Statistics from one of the top universities in the UK, Middlesex University and holds a Diploma in Economics from the University of London School of Economics.
