About
Prana House is a wellness center co-founded by two friends that crossed paths through their own personal journeys in holistic healing and wellness. Both partners are qualified Reiki Masters and are also individually qualified in different therapeutic modalities. Their passion for wellness gave birth to Prana House; a wellness centre that believes in community and connection and aims to support and encourage experts, practitioners and instructors.

"Candlelight Yin Yoga, Meditation & Sound Healing Immersion The full moon is a time to release what no longer serves us, offering a chance to contemplate our own journey and set new intentions, goals and rituals.Join us in this healing workshop on the last Full Moon of 2022, where we will learn & practice different types of meditation and breathing techniques.
The sound healing vibrations of the Gong and Himalayan Singing Bowls will help you unwind & rejuvenate.In this 90-minute workshop, we will begin with a restorative Yin Yoga practice to help release tension in the body and then dive into different breathing & meditation techniques to help you start and develop a consistent meditation practice.The last 30 minutes will be dedicated to a Gong Sound Bath Meditation.
The class will be lit entirely by candlelight helping you to relax.
