Rest well blend provides a calming and relaxing aroma which helps to create restful environment at bed time. Ingredients: Lavender, Cedarwood, Ho Wood Leaf, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Vetiver, Vanilla Bean Absolute, Hawaiian Sandalwood, Copaiba, Frankincense, Wild Orange, Fractionated Coconut Oil Instructions: Take 1-2 drops and apply on the pulse points, behind the neck and on bottoms of your feet before going to bed.
